For me, success would be getting out of the group stage. If Marian Marinica can get us to the Round of 16 just like he did with Malawi, I would call that a massive win. That would show real progress. It would mean he made us organized, compact, and hard to beat. I'm not expecting us to suddenly play beautiful football and win the whole thing. I just want to see us compete in every game.

We need to see some fight and a clear game plan. If we crash out of the group without winning a game and look lost, then it's a failure. But if Marian Marinica has us playing like a proper team and we make it to the knockouts, I'll be happy. That's the benchmark for me.
