Instagram models all look the same because of clout chasing and wanting to do what the next IG model is doing without any touch of originality. The reason I brought up the "clout chasing" is because if you compare those Instagram models before and after surgery you will notice how they thought they could gain more followers by copying famous IG models' signature looks and go on a crusade of thirst trapping.
