I thought there were supposedly PR companies in Zimbabwe to help out some Zimbabwe Celebrities to maintain a good brand image.

But it turns there is a lot of rudeness and ineptitude projected by certain Zim celebs when interacting with what could become potential fans.

Do y'all oans think there are Zimbabwe celebrities who actually don't have dedicated public relations specialist at all?

Well, I think here we have already discussed the issue of many celebrities in Zimbabwe being broke. Especially musicians in the following genres: Urban Grooves, Sungura, Zimdancehall, and Zim Hip Hop music.

Having said that, there are public relations specialists in Zimbabwe, so the idea of saying there aren't people who can come up with a well-thought-out public relations strategy is false.

The main struggle certain Zimbabwe celebrities face is that although they may be skilled in the Arts & Culture industry; it still isn't a field that really pays well in Zimbabwe.

Likewise, they are not gonna be able to afford monthly or annual services provided by a PR company.

The reason you may see a few Zimbabwe celebrities acting like lunatics is that those particular celebs have a habit of abusing bronco, mutoriro, mangemba and musombodhiya! ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️

In addition, *some Zimbabwe celebrities did not go to private schools which is yet another low-key reason for them being unrefined in regards to etiquette since some good private schools in Zimbabwe avail an opportunity to shape up misguided comportment.

What does going to a private school have to do with how someone behaves on social media and public relations in general?

By the way, people like Wicknell & Ginimbi aren't what y'all would regard as refined or sophistically belonging to high culture, but make no mistake about it, they stack more paper than those Zim celebs who y'all will call boujee oans and daiges.

Effective public relations for celebrities, public figures, etc requires people who know who they are, what they are doing and where they are going.

Therefore, I doubt all Zimbabwe celebrities understand what they should be doing with their brand because when you look at it some Zim celebs are actually managing themselves without a professional mindset of good communication with the people of various opinions (i.e. POVO).

You clearly missed my point and that is, many Zimbabwean public schools don't offer much beyond general education compared to Zimbabwean private schools which will provide further orientation to improve an individual's social proof.
