Zimbabwe's Anti-Corruption Commission detained NetOne Chief Executive Raphael Mushanawani on Monday, accusing him of fraud worth more than $1.2 million. The Lunartech contract began at $257,600 but grew through two addenda to exceed $1.2 million.

Anti-corruption officials say Mushanawani approved another $79,467 payment to Diztech for services already covered under the Farevic agreement. The commission claims all transactions bypassed NetOne's executive committee and board. Mushanawani was scheduled to appear in Harare Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
