People in Zimbabwe's ruling party are fighting. Some want President Mnangagwa to stay in power forever. Others want Vice President Chiwenga to take over in 2028. The fight is making trouble in the party. Bad things are happening to people who don't support Mnangagwa's plan to rule past 2028. These people can't get food help or farming stuff. The party leaders met to talk about this problem. Mnangagwa was there, but Chiwenga wasn't. He was away in India. A party leader told news people about the meeting. They said party bosses must explain why they're being mean to people who don't want Mnangagwa to stay. Mrs Muchunguri will check who's being unfair and punish them. The trouble showed up at a meeting in Bikita last week. People got mad because their local leader, Mr Mushekwa, lost his job. He was fired for not supporting Mnangagwa's plan to stay in power. The people wanted him back. They wouldn't take free fertilizer unless Mr Mushekwa gave it to them. Mr Mushekwa isn't alone. Many other party workers got in trouble for the same thing. At another meeting, Mr Chadzamira said Mr Mushekwa took money from Chiwenga. He said Mushekwa tried to make people turn against Mnangagwa. Mr Muchafa made things worse. People heard him say on a recording that he won't let anyone from outside Masvingo become president after Mnangagwa. The meeting ended badly when Mr Chamunoda tried to get the police to catch the unhappy people. Everyone had to leave early. All these problems show how the party is splitting apart. People at the bottom of the party are very upset. They don't like that their friends are being punished for picking sides.
