President Mnangagwa picked 27 Air Force officers for higher jobs yesterday. He leads the nation's armed forces and makes these choices under the law.
The changes brought up two officers to Air Commodore rank. Eleven more became Group Captains. Another 16 moved up to Wing Commander spots. Two of these officers work far from home right at the task.

Group Captain Lysinda Mahere expressed her thanks. She wants more women to work hard like she did, as "Hard work leads to success. " Mahere plans to help make Zimbabwe richer by 2030.
