Victor Rungani died at a hospital in Harare yesterday. The retired Brigadier General once ran the Zimbabwe National Army Engineering and Military Equipment Directorate. He passed away at Mbuya Dorcas Hospital, located in the Waterfalls area. Security Minister Lovemore Matuke learned about his death from Mrs Rungani. The army leader earned respect for his service to the military.
