Bravura's top manager Ojo Ologuson Bhenga confirmed the company will build processing plants and conduct underground drilling. He promised the firm will hire mostly local workers for all positions. The company already employs local people for 95 percent of its jobs across Africa. Bhenga said Bravura operates in 14 African countries and understands what African communities need. The company has purchased drilling equipment and set aside money to relocate families affected by mining activities.
