Zimbabwe has many great schools where students learn after high school. People come from different countries to study at these special schools.

The University of Zimbabwe stands as the best school in the country. It opened its doors in 1955, and today, more than 18,000 students learn there. Students come from thirteen different countries to study at this school. The school teaches many different subjects, and students can live either at the school or in nearby houses.

Another wonderful school, Africa University, is located in Mutare. It belongs to a church group called United Methodist. Eight thousand students study here, and many of them come from forty different countries. The teachers speak many languages, but everyone takes their tests in English. The school lets new students start classes twice each year.

Midlands State University opened in 2000, and it teaches more than 14,000 students from twelve countries. Students can learn many different things at this school. The school sits near important places where people can learn about Zimbabwe's history.

The Chinhoyi University of Technology started as a school for teachers but changed into a bigger university in 2021. Four thousand students learn about business, building things, and farming at this school. New students and students in their last year can live at the school. The school has many places where students can play sports and have fun.
