ZITF Pushes Global Trade Ties With Fresh Energy

Zimbabwe Trade Fair Company works hard to rebuild global connections, said Board chairman Busisa Moyo at a media briefing. The company travels across southern Africa promoting economic partnerships alongside political ones. It plans to reach more countries that offer valuable skills, funding, machinery, and expertise.

ZITF serves as a friendly platform where Zimbabwe can reconnect with nations after past misunderstandings. This year, a large Indian delegation will meet local businesses to grow opportunities between both countries. The 2025 fair attracted participants from 30 countries, including Afghanistan, China, European nations, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

Many European companies returned after years away, showing success in the country's trade policy led by the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Under current leadership, Zimbabwe opened new embassies in Rwanda, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and the UAE. They also established consulates in Dubai, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Beira, and Hong Kong. All diplomats must focus on attracting business investments to Zimbabwe.
