Eight of the PVC-covered mattresses were placed in the postnatal ward. The remaining four were put in the consultation room and general waiting ward. According to Napawa, Bimbi Health Center lacks medical supplies, equipment, and adequate water sanitation and hygiene facilities. He hopes other well-wishers will help cover these gaps.
