Harare Flooding Impact
When it rained in Harare this week, some parts of the Central Business District flooded. This happened because the storm drains were blocked. The blocked drains made big puddles of water on the roads, making it hard for people to walk and drive. Some of the flooded places were at the corners of Sir Seretse Khama Street and Robson Manyika Avenue, as well as Robert Mugabe Road and Julius Nyerere Way. Shops near the flooded areas didn't sell much, and customers couldn't get to them easily. One shop owner, Ms Providence Man'ena, said water was everywhere, stopping customers from reaching her shop. Epic Games wants Google Play Store to be more open

MSFT begins testing ads in the Windows 11 Start menu
Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) has started showing ads in the "Recommended" section of the Windows 11 home menu. For now, only the United States of America test users in the Beta Channel preview build 22635.3495 will see these recommendations. Those ads will appear among the tips, files, and frequently used applications normally found in this section. However, it is not clear whether app developers will have to pay Microsoft Corporation to be recommended through the start menu.
