The World Bank named Djibrilla Issa Division Director for Senegal, Mauritania, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, and The Gambia.
Issa now leads engagement with governments and partners to push private-sector jobs through infrastructure, agribusiness, digital links, and human capital.
