Ninety-five Dominican citizens returned home Tuesday after serving prison terms and finishing court cases in America. The group consisted of eighty-nine men and six women who landed at Las Américas International Airport on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement charter plane. Dominican immigration officials, national police officers, and airport security personnel greeted the arrivals under heavy surveillance. Authorities transported the returnees to Haina Vacation Reception Centre for processing. Staff members will conduct identity verification, mental health evaluations, and provide guidance for community reintegration.
