A court gave Hillary Mutanhaurwa ten years behind bars last Friday for stealing power cables. He admitted his crime to Magistrate Appollonia Marutya at the Harare court. Police said Mutanhaurwa dug up cables outside a building on Kwame Nkrumah Street on April 30. Security guards caught him cutting an underground cable at number 138.
