Farmers Band Together to Rule Markets
Officials are asking farmers to form agricultural groups for better market reach. Matabeleland South Provincial Affairs Minister Albert Nguluvhe shared this message through his representative, Khumbulani Bembe, at a recent field day. These clusters will help farmers gain more selling power, improve market access, and make buying supplies easier. Such changes aim to create the strong commercial farming sector outlined in national development plans. "Agriculture serves as more than just a way to make a living—it drives economic change," said Nguluvhe. He called on farmers, community leaders, government departments, and aid groups to back these efforts. He stressed the need for training programs, funding, and better farming methods...

Namibians Go Nuts For Presidential N60 Note
The Bank of Namibia printed special money worth N$270 million to remember past leaders. They printed five million N$30 notes in 2020 for the 30th birthday of free Namibia and two million N$60 notes this year for late president Hage Geingob. Bank worker Kazembire Zemburuka says about 677,000 of those N$60 notes have already moved around the country since March. That makes up almost 34 percent of all printed notes. Nearly 6,853 notes went to money collectors worldwide. The older N$30 note has 32,735 pieces in collector hands globally. Not many locals collect these special notes because Namibia has a small collector market. Most people who save these notes come from South Africa or other countries. Regular Namibians grab the notes from...

Former governor Usko Nghaamwa and businessman Pinehas Nambadi plan to build a health clinic at Omaimbi farm in the Amuteya district. Nambadi gave land for the clinic, but they need concrete stones and sand to start building. Many sick people die before reaching current clinics, especially children with snakebites who need fast treatment. Workers have already delivered one truck of bricks to begin construction. King Shuumbwa promised to support the clinic...

Man Leaves White Roses then Vanishes into Sea
Police are searching for a man who walked into the ocean late Saturday at Swakopmund Jetty.
