Narok Farmers are happy about a new rule that lets them bring wheat bags to the National Cereals Board and receive money within a month. Agriculture boss Mutahi Kagwe told all farmers to take their wheat to NCPB locations. This plan helped fix a big problem: Farmers had 321,000 bags of wheat sitting around after harvest season. Farmers will receive payment within 30 days after dropping off wheat at warehouses run by the NCPB.
