Katy Perry plans to fly into space with five other women on the next Blue Origin rocket trip. The group includes Lauren Sanchez, who will marry Jeff Bezos, who runs Blue Origin; TV host Gayle King from CBS; Aisha Bowe, who used to make rockets at NASA; Amanda Nguyen, who fights for equal rights; and movie maker Kerianne Flynn. No women had gone to space together as a group since 1963 when Valentina Tereshkova from the Soviet Union went up by herself.
