Major General Fred Tolit heads to South Africa as Defense Advisor. He leaves his post in Burundi. Before that, he worked at the African Union in Ethiopia and led a military court in Uganda.
Major General Nakibus Lakara will play a major role in AMISOM, an African peace force. After leaving his job at Uganda's rapid response center, he will help run operations there.
