President Ruto gave some ministers extra jobs. Musalia Mudavadi already works on foreign affairs, but Ruto asked him to cover communications and digital issues for a bit.
Aden Duale already handles environmental issues. In the meantime, Ruto wants him to contribute to agriculture, too.
