Anyone Doing SEO in Tough Niches? Need Some Tips

Clicks are up on a casino SEO site I work on. Yet first deposits still aren't coming in.

We've tried lots of SEO ideas, and more folks now find us. But visits alone don't pay the bills. The goal is FTDs (First-Time Deposits), and those numbers are flat.

Things get tricky when your site serves the world. Each GEO has its own crowd, search habits, rivals, and way of buying in.

So where's the leak? Maybe we're drawing the wrong crowd. Maybe pages don't match what folks want. Or perhaps trust, sign-up steps, or the deposit flow put people off.

Anyone here doing SEO for casinos, iGaming sites, or affiliate niches?
- When clicks go up but deposits don't, where do you look first?
- Which GEOs and search terms bring folks who are ready to act?
- How much do page design, ease of use, and tracking help turn visits into deposits?
- Would you fix traffic, change content, or work on the sign-up flow first?
I'd love to hear what you've tried, what failed, and what made a change.

Keen to hear from folks who've been there!

First thing I'd check? Which pages and GEOs bring in deposits? Leave the content alone for now. Casino clicks can jump when folks search for tips, or come from places where they can't play or pay. Nice traffic chart, sure, but those visits had no shot at converting.
