Ghetto youths consume codeine (bronco) which is medicine and mixing it with alcohol is a bad idea because some of those ghetto youths have health conditions that will be affected by that mixture.

Alcohol and medicine results in negative effects were either the medicine is canceled out or a new chemical side-effect harms the body.
