Chivayo Splurges R4.2 Million on Cars for SA Crew

Rich businessman Wicknell Chivayo spent R4.2 million buying fancy cars for workers outside his home country. He gave six brand-new Polo GTi 2025 vehicles to his security team members who work in South Africa. According to reports, each car costs about R700,000. He bought these rides from a car dealer called Vogue, located in the rich neighborhood of Sandton.

Someone captured the whole car handover on video. Social media user Jnr Flacko shared this clip later on X. Many Zimbabwe citizens felt unhappy seeing this display of wealth. They left angry comments asking why he publicly showed his protection team. Several people questioned where he earned all this cash from.

One user named lodpunter wrote that nobody smart reveals their security guards this way. Another user blamed Chivayo for flaunting illegal money activities right before everyone's eyes. The commenter wondered why anti-corruption officials never investigated him. Different critics suggested better uses for that much money.

Some said he should have built hospitals or helped orphans instead of buying luxury cars. Another person hinted that such public showing off doesn't work well in South Africa compared to Zimbabwe. One comment warned that Chivayo might need these security guards very soon. The businessman has become famous for handing out expensive gifts to various people.
