Igor Vasiliev has released an update for the ExoSphere ambient music app. Version one point two is now available for both iOS and macOS systems. The app is designed to build continuous, drifting soundscapes using five separate sound layers that blend together.
This update adds a few functional tweaks. Users can now hit a play button to audition audio files directly within the file manager. There is also a new play button in the sample selection panel for previewing sounds before assigning them to a layer. A visual indicator at the top of each column shows recording progress and how much loop data is being used. The file manager now displays more detailed information about each audio file.
The developer also fixed a bug related to selecting samples in the randomizer options panel. Several other minor bugs were addressed, and general improvements were implemented. The app's description has been updated, with a PDF version available on the official website.
