Gachagua Backs Ruto's Nationwide Development Tours

Mr Gachagua talked on TV about President Ruto's work around Kenya on Sunday. He spoke from his house. He wanted everyone to know they helped President Ruto visit different places to improve them.

Mr Gachagua heard someone say the Central area needed to be extra nice to the President. This person thought being nice would make the President help their area more. But Mr Gachagua disagreed. He said people pay their taxes, and that means they should receive help without begging.

President Ruto visited the Northeastern part of Kenya this week. He helped make Garissa better in many ways. He opened a place where people could ask for passports. This special office had been closed for ten years because bad things happened there in 2014. This new office helps people from five different areas near Garissa. Before, these people had to travel far away to Nairobi for their passports.

The President gave special papers to three thousand people in Garissa, proving they owned their land. That's more papers than anyone has given out since Kenya became free. President Ruto also started building new houses in Garissa. He wants to build four hundred and eight homes for people to live in.

President Ruto said many Kenyans live in houses that need fixing. He wants to help them live in better places. He promised his team would build nice houses people could buy without spending lots of money. The President also promised he would help everyone in Kenya the same way. He said he wouldn't leave any places out when making things better.
