Fanatec, a Corsair brand leader in sim racing hardware, has introduced the CSL Elite Steering Wheel Porsche Vision GT. Officially licensed from the Porsche Vision Gran Turismo concept car in Gran Turismo 7, the wheel features a 310 mm diameter and a lightweight cast aluminium frame compatible with Fanatec bases from 5 Nm to 25 Nm.
The wheel debuts Fanatec's new Tactaris material, a premium microfiber fabric improving durability and comfort. Engineers developed an innovative shifter mechanism to preserve the Porsche design's signature shape and spoke cutouts. Seven rotary encoders, including two multi-position switches and a 7-way FunkySwitch, provide extensive input options for sim racers.
Designed for seamless integration, the wheel automatically assigns four primary encoders to Gran Turismo 7's multi-function display system. Racers can quickly access traction control, brake balance, torque split, and fuel mapping. A Tuning Menu button hidden within the Porsche crest allows real-time force feedback adjustments.
