Kasena West DCE Vows to Jumpstart Farming Frenzy

New Kasena Nankana West District leader Stephen Aeke Akurugu wants to help farms and businesses grow. Assembly members showed strong support, with 89% voting for him. He knows about problems like bad roads, poor water supply, people without jobs, and not enough money coming in. He plans to face these issues directly.

Aeke told reporters his role shows President Mahama believes in young people. The district shares an edge with Burkina Faso, making good roads important for trade. He hopes all area roads can be fixed to help the economy and create jobs for locals. Aeke welcomes teamwork from all groups. He wants to meet with anyone ready to help or invest money in the district.
