Meanwhile, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi heads to London on Tuesday for a Sudan conference. His office said Kenya welcomes all Sudanese stakeholders from both sides to help end the war. Kenya supports a unified Sudan with a Sudanese-led political process, not military solutions.
Sudan objects to the London conference because it wasn't invited. It also dislikes that the UAE, Kenya, and Chad will attend—countries Sudan accuses of backing rebels. Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka criticized Kenya's decision to host rebel forces earlier this year.
