Kenyans in Australia Rally Against Rising Abductions Back Home

Kenyans Protest Abductions from Far Away.

Some Kenyans who live in Darwin, Australia, did something important on Monday. They went out into the streets to tell the Kenyan government to stop the bad things that were happening there.

They are very worried. They said that many young people in Kenya are being taken away. They are taken against their will. No one knows where they go.

The Kenyans in Australia think this is wrong. They want it to stop. They made signs and posters. The signs said the government must help. The signs said the young people must come home to their families.

The Kenyans in Australia are afraid. They think the government is taking people for political reasons and don't like it when people say bad things about the president, William Ruto.

Another group in Kenya is also trying to help. It is called the People's Loyal Opposition, and a man named Kalonzo Musyoka leads it.

Kalonzo said that 82 young people have been taken in the last three months. He wants the government to let them go. He wants them to come home right now.

Kalonzo also said that 29 other young people were lost. No one knows where they are. He wants the government to find them. He wants to know they are okay.

In Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, the police were not kind to people who protested. The protesters said they were peaceful. They said they didn't have any weapons.

But the police didn't care. They used tear gas on the protesters. They told them to go home. They said the protesters didn't have permission to be there.

There is a group called the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights. It is monitoring carefully and wants to ensure that everyone is treated fairly.

Many groups that care about human rights are worried. They say the government isn't trying to find the missing people. They say this keeps happening over and over.

The Kenyans in Australia want everyone to know about this problem, the world to pay attention, and things to change in their country.

They hope that if enough people speak up, the government will listen. They hope the missing young people will come home soon. They hope Kenya can be a place where everyone feels safe.

But right now, they are afraid. They are afraid for their friends and family back home, and they are afraid the government is not doing the right thing.

That's why they protested on Monday, and that's why they will keep speaking up. They love their country and want it to be better.
