July Moyo used to be the Minister of Public Service, Labour, and Social Welfare. He will now be the Minister of Energy and Power Development.

The President's top helper, Dr. Martin Rushwaya, shared the news. He said the President has the power to do this under Zimbabwe's Constitution.
Dr. Rushwaya also had more news to share. The President picked a new helper for his department.
Dr. Fulton Mangwanya got a big promotion. He was the head of Zimbabwe's parks and wildlife office. President Mnangagwa chose him to work in the President's Department.
The Constitution lets the President make that choice. Dr. Mangwanya started his new job right away.
