New synthetic drugs pose serious threats to community safety according to law enforcement leaders. Dealers sell dangerous cannabis mixed with formaldehyde and glass pieces that harm users. Many people abuse Tramadol because they cannot afford other drugs. Medical workers see more cases of mental illness and heart problems caused by drug use. Violence rates have risen among people who take these substances regularly.
