The top official from Mfantseman has made tough new rules for tricycle drivers across his area. Eric Stanley Acquah told drivers they must reach 21 years old before operating their vehicles. Every rider needs proper driving papers and membership cards from the local Pragyia Association. The municipal leader spoke from his Saltpond office during a meeting with tricycle group leaders. He warned that lawbreakers would face serious consequences.
