Rema Unleashes Sade Sample in Fiery New Track

Rema made a new song called "Baby (Is It a Crime)" that people can finally hear. He used music from another song made by Sade Adu back in 1985. Sade's beautiful old song mixes with Rema's new African beats to make something special.

The song starts with Sade singing about love: "Is it a crime? Is it a crime, that I still want you and I want you to want me?" Then Rema joins with his own words: "Baby, baby súnmọ́ mí, You no say you match my steeze, You know I'm a G, Shawty, I'ma always keep it real." The two singers' voices work together perfectly.

People have wanted to hear this song for a long time. Rema showed small parts of it last November. On February 4, he made everyone happy by telling them the song would come out soon with a music video.

Great things keep happening for Rema. His album "Heis" earned him his first Grammy award chance for Best Global Music Album. The music magazine Rolling Stone picked his album as one of the year's best. He plans to sing at a big music party called Coachella and many other places around the world. His new song shows everyone why people everywhere love his music.
