Seamless co-op lands in Dark Souls Remastered on PC

PC gamers can finally play the entire Dark Souls Remastered game with their friends thanks to a new Seamless Co-op mod just released. The creator Yui, who also made similar mods for Elden Ring and Dark Souls 3, completely rebuilt how multiplayer works. Up to five players can adventure together without those annoying fog walls that normally block cooperative play.

The mod perfectly syncs everyone's game progress throughout the adventure. It makes the experience more balanced, with enemy scaling applied to all monsters, not just bosses like in the original game. Players who disconnect can rejoin their friends from anywhere in the game world. Light sources created by one player become visible to everyone else playing together. Anyone interested can download it right from Nexus Mods.

Dark Souls Remastered runs on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Many players consider this version the best way to experience the classic action role-playing game that changed gaming history. The mod answers long-standing player requests for true unrestricted multiplayer in the challenging fantasy world.
