Shilpa flaunts fierce glutes and faith, fitness meets devotion

Shilpa Shetty dropped another workout video showing off her glute bridge routine with resistance bands, and she broke down why the exercise actually works. The elevation apparently puts more stress on your posterior chain while keeping your lower back safe, plus the band adds extra tension for better activation. She told people to bang out three sets of 20 reps with some abduction pulses thrown in at the end.

The actress also posted about bringing home Sai Baba's Kafni and Paduka, which are basically his sacred robe and sandals that devotees consider super blessed. She shared a clip of her family doing worship with Raj Kundra, and everyone else gathered around while Lata Mangeshkar's song played over it.
