Strikers angry over fixture switch to BNS

Silver Strikers feels upset about the Super League of Malawi moving their first game. The league wants them to play against FCB Nyasa Big Bullets at Bingu National Stadium instead of their home field. This makes no sense because the Football Association of Malawi already said Silver Stadium can host games during the 2025 season. The team based in area 47 strongly disagrees with this choice.

Silver Strikers tried many times to talk nicely with league officials about this problem. Their worries fell on deaf ears, as Sulom kept acting like a dictator who refused to listen. The team released a timeline showing they met with Sulom on March 30, 2025, to explain their concerns. After that meeting, Sulom claimed Silver Stadium had safety issues without checking with the team first—breaking normal pre-game rules.

The Central Bankers believe these actions show bad faith from the league. They say this goes against fair play, open communication, and including everyone that Sulom claims to care about. The team thinks this hurts how people view the league and might even look like some form of cheating or bias. Silver Strikers want Sulom leaders to talk things through rather than just make demands.

The team expects to play at Silver Stadium, where they hosted all home games last season. They call this current situation unfair and want Sulom to change their mind immediately. As champions of the TNM Super League, Silver Strikers promise to keep supporting fair competition and professional behavior. They ask league officials to build trust when dealing with teams. Their stadium passed two different inspections by the Football Association of Malawi, proving it can safely host matches this season.
