Which jobs can give you varicose veins

Doctor Kirill Samokhin explained which jobs most often lead to vein problems. The vascular expert says varicose veins happen because of family history combined with pressure on blood vessels. People who stand all day face higher risks of developing this long-term health issue. Those who fly frequently or lift heavy objects might notice their veins becoming worse over time.

Workers, hair stylists, medical professionals, and servers are more likely to develop vein disease. These workers experience strain on their muscles, bones, and joints. The same stress affects their backs, causing pain throughout their bodies. The extra pressure damages veins beneath the skin surface. The doctor warns about certain beauty treatments that cause spider veins to appear.

Harsh procedures like endosphere therapy, mechanical massage equipment, and cup treatments damage small blood vessels. These treatments make tiny red lines visible under the skin even without other varicose symptoms. People should consider their job requirements when thinking about vein health risks. Standing less often helps prevent these problems from developing early in life.
