External Affairs Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh opened the second Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Young Authors' Conference on Thursday in New Delhi. The event brings together 24 writers under age 40 from ten SCO member nations for two days of literary exchange. Digital age creative spaces form the central discussion theme for participants from China, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Iran and Belarus. The Ministry of Education partnered with National Book Trust India to coordinate this cultural initiative.
