Chief Justice Yahya Afridi convened legal professionals in Peshawar to improve cooperation between bar associations and the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan. Representatives from the Pakistan Bar Council, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council, Supreme Court Bar Association, and various courts attended the session. Federal and provincial officials also participated in discussions about judicial sector reforms. The commission examined ways to strengthen institutional connections for better justice delivery nationwide. Justice Afridi described observations from recent trips to remote Pakistani districts where he assessed court facilities and identified operational problems.
