King Ceasor University received its official charter from Ugandan authorities during a ceremony at the institution's Bunga campus in Kampala. President Yoweri Museveni signed the document on July 3, 2025, with National Council for Higher Education officials presenting the charter to university administrators. The legal recognition grants KCU authority to confer undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees to students from around the world. The private institution has operated for 17 years while training medical personnel, lawyers, nurses, cybersecurity specialists, and engineers.
