Police arrested a suspect linked to a robbery targeting a Scottish visitor in Kampala last weekend. The crime intelligence team worked with Katwe police to catch the suspect after security cameras showed him stealing a phone worth about $1,900. During questioning, the man called Kirengwe admitted to taking the phone but claimed he acted as part of a larger gang.
