Uganda's military leader, General Muhoozi, just finished visiting Rwanda. His trip strengthened military connections between these two neighboring countries. He landed Thursday in Kigali, where he met privately with Rwanda's President Paul Kagame. They talked about working together better as nations.
The next day, General Muhoozi gave a special talk to Rwanda Defence Force officers at their Staff College, located in Musanze town, about 100 kilometers away from Kigali. During his speech, he stressed how African armies need to join forces against common security threats and pushed for teamwork among African nations to keep the region safe from various dangers.
