ZANU-PF's Harare branch is basically handing out cash to members next year. The provincial Political Commissar, Voyage Dambuza, laid out a loan scheme starting with a grand per person for business projects, all interest-free for three months. This comes from a bigger two-million-dollar pot alongside a separate fund for parliamentarians. The areas of Glen View South, Mt Pleasant, and Harare East, which the party recently won back, will see this rollout. Dambuza named business figures like Kudakwashe Tagwirei, Taka Mashonganyika, Joachim Chivhayo, and Pritchard Sibanda as being brought into party structures.
