Abia State police chief Danladi Isa has ordered enhanced security deployments around educational institutions, religious facilities and government assets following a comprehensive inspection tour. The commissioner visited multiple divisions and area commands with tactical units, traveling through Obehie, Ugwunagbo, Aba, Owerrinta, Ubakala and Umuahia locations to assess protective measures.
Isa instructed divisional commanders and tactical leaders to expand surveillance across vulnerable sites within their respective jurisdictions. He encouraged Abia residents to assist law enforcement by sharing intelligence through local stations or emergency contact lines, emphasizing community cooperation as essential to maintaining public safety throughout the region.
