Adani Group conducted its fourth Green Talks conference Thursday, gathering social entrepreneurs and innovators focused on sustainable development. Chairman Gautam Adani delivered the keynote address, highlighting previous participants like GenRobotics, whose robots eliminate manual scavenging practices. The 2025 session featured five entrepreneurs presenting solutions in construction materials, assistive technology, healthcare devices, vegan leather, and ocean farming.
The event introduced Social Impact Awards and presented the first Lok Kalyan Award to Dr Krishna Ella of Bharat Biotech for developing Covaxin during the pandemic. National Award winner Vikrant Massey attended the gathering. Adani announced a partnership with NDTV to expand recruitment efforts into smaller Indian cities, seeking changemakers from rural areas who can contribute to global sustainability initiatives.
