Aftershock built $14,200 Cherry Bloom RTX 5080 PC

Aftershock Cherry Bloom packs 70 handmade titanium-alloy petals into a $14,200 gaming PC, with temperature changes making each piece open or close. The movement comes from shape-memory material, not electric motors.

Inside, a ZOTAC-based GeForce RTX 5080 supplies enough thermal energy under heavier gaming or rendering loads to activate the petal system. Every blossom is fabricated separately, then fixed at selected spots throughout the visible case interior.

And most of the price is tied to this custom metalwork rather than an unusually exotic component list. CPU, RAM, storage, and broader cooling details have not been fully disclosed.

The Cherry Bloom exists as a one-off showcase machine rather than a mainstream prebuilt. Aftershock has used elaborate custom systems before, and this build pushes that approach toward functional display art while remaining a usable high-end gaming PC.
