American Express Sues Bhad Bhabie for Over $674K in Unpaid Charges

Bhad Bhabie faces major money troubles as American Express takes her to court. The credit card company wants nearly $675,000 from the famous rapper. Court papers show Danielle Bregoli stopped paying her bills last December. American Express gave her credit back during April 2021 for purchases and cash advances. The company expected monthly payments but the money never came.

The lawsuit hits during a strange time for the internet star. Bregoli made headlines after sharing screenshots of her OnlyFans earnings. She claimed to earn $71 million total with $57 million profit during 2024. Her adult content platform launched the same month she opened her American Express account. Direct messages brought her $32 million and subscriptions added another $24 million to her bank account.

Court documents filed July 2nd reveal the exact amount owed to the credit card giant. American Express extended credit for both regular purchases and cash advances. The agreement required Bregoli to pay everything back each month or make smaller monthly payments. December 19th marked the last time she sent any payment to the company. Legal experts say this could become a costly battle for the young celebrity.

Neither Bregoli nor her team has spoken about the lawsuit publicly. American Express also refuses to comment further about the case. The timing seems odd considering her massive OnlyFans success just months earlier. Financial experts wonder if this represents simple oversight or deeper money management problems for the social media personality.
