Kirk Burrowes just went scorched earth on Diddy in the Netflix docuseries and claimed he got sexually assaulted multiple times while working as a Bad Boy Entertainment cofounder back in the day. The guy says the abuse went way beyond typical workplace toxicity and that he was forced into situations he never consented to while helping build the label from scratch.
Burrowes had a 25 percent stake before getting fired, and his attempts to sue over unpaid money got tossed because of statute of limitations issues. He says the legal mess left him blacklisted and homeless, and he was apparently the first person to describe the whole operation as RICO activity before prosecutors caught on.
He filed fresh claims earlier this year, but Diddy's lawyers are calling the lawsuit another baseless recycling of expired accusations.
