Christopher Robertson faces charges after terrorizing Atlanta synagogues

Federal prosecutors arrested Christopher Robertson after he threatened Jewish and Black communities through social media. The 42-year-old Fairburn resident appeared in court Monday facing interstate threat charges. Robertson also uses the name James Lomak during activities. FBI agents detained him on Friday following a standoff at his residence. Authorities discovered a firearm during the arrest.

Robertson visited the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta on July 30 without authorization. He identified himself to security personnel as the white race spokesperson. The suspect then traveled to The Temple synagogue, where he made offensive remarks. Staff members at a Peachtree City Chabad center barricaded themselves when Robertson entered. Police increased patrols at 80 Jewish locations after threats.

The defendant posted violent videos targeting minority groups on various platforms. One recording showed Robertson holding a loaded weapon while making racist declarations. He filmed encounters at religious sites and shared footage online. Robertson threatened to harm Black individuals who confronted white people. Federal officials expressed serious concern about the behavior.
