Copyshop drops Bangladesh's first ad school, DAdS

Bangladesh receives its first dedicated advertising skill development institute through Copyshop's launch of the Dhaka Advertising School. The professional communication platform announced this development at the eleventh Copykolorob mentoring session. Industry executives attended the announcement, among them Nazim Farhan Choudhury of Adcomm, Awrup Sanyal of Mighty, Syed Gousul Alam of DotBirth, and MA Maruf of Crosswalk Communications. Mushfiqur Rahman Pavel, who founded the school and curates Copyshop, described how advertising education traditionally followed a mentor-student model in Bangladesh. The institute offers comprehensive training in cultural, commercial, and creative competencies through curricula developed in collaboration with seasoned industry professionals, with leaders praising the potential to connect academic study with professional practice.
